Who processes your data

What we collect, and why

• Waiting list: your email address, your first name if you give it and your profile, to tell you when the platform opens, based on your consent.
• Contact form: your name, your email address, your organisation if you give it and your message, to reply to you, based on your consent.

We do not sell or rent your data. It is accessible to the Tonti Capital team and to the website host (Infomaniak), only for the purposes described here.

How long

Waiting list sign-ups are kept until the platform opens, then for one year at most. Contact requests are kept for three years after the last exchange.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site sets no advertising cookies. We count page visits with Koko Analytics, a tool hosted on our own site: it works without cookies, stores no personal data and shares nothing with third parties. Your theme choice (light or dark) is only remembered in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, through the contact form. These rights apply under the relevant regulations: in Senegal, Law No. 2008-12 on the protection of personal data; for people located in the European Union, the GDPR.
